Professional assistance with Regulation 261/2004 in Latvia
Lidojumiem.lv enforces the EU Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights, and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 295/91.

Lidojumiem.lv proposal in cases of EU Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 compensation claims is fixed to a maximum of 30% of your actually received compensations. When we undertake the assignment to claim your compensation, a contract is signed that you only pay if we do our job right.
For other tasks we offer a transparent proposal of fees depending on the professional legal services requested by you. For non-standard cases we charge starting from EUR 20 per hour, depending on the required specialists the hourly rate of a senior lawyer starts from EUR 75 per hour. In more complex cases this might vary, also subject to possible advance payment. An adjustment shall also apply to urgent cases, and in case if travel and other expenses arise.
